Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. These charges are made at our discretion.
